When you request shipping or place an order, we collect your name, email, delivery address, order choices and payment references. We use them to quote shipping, take payment, make and deliver your order, handle support and refunds, and keep business records.
Payment, delivery and records
Stripe handles card details and payment processing. Our store does not receive your full card number or security code. Shippo and the selected carrier process delivery details and postage. QuickBooks supports our accounting records. Our website hosting providers process and store website and order data needed to operate this store.
Our private order workspace is restricted to the authorized owner. Payment and shipping providers also process information under their own privacy policies.
Optional product emails
If you check the product news and deals box and complete your order, we save your email, sign-up date and consent wording in our private subscriber list. Buying without checking the box does not sign you up. We may use an email delivery service for these updates. You can opt out through an unsubscribe link in a marketing email or by contacting our business email below. Order receipts and delivery messages are separate.
Browser storage
Your shopping bag is saved in your browser. A checkout cookie connects that browser to its shipping quote and order status. Hosting and payment services may use additional security cookies. Clearing browser storage can remove access to your bag or order status; contact us for help with an existing order.
Retention and requests
We retain order and transaction information for fulfillment, support, accounting and applicable legal obligations. Contact us to ask about your information, correct an address, or request deletion. Some records may need to be retained for tax, legal or payment-dispute purposes.
